Thomas K. Austin received a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 2008. He attended law school at Nashville School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate in May 2012.
In 2008, Austin interned for the Rutherford County Public Defenders Office where he worked alongside the state attorneys in criminal defense matters. Austin worked at Bone McAllester Norton, a Nashville law firm while attending law school. While at Bone, he assisted attorneys in various different areas including, Personal Injury, Banking and Finance Law, Intellectual Property, Employment Law and other Civil Litigation matters.
